Crystal programming tools
Epson offers programming tools for their SG-8000 range of crystal oscillators. Customers can themselves program their oscillators to their required frequency.
These are one time programmable quartz crystal based PLL oscillators with a single frequency CMOS output. They can be programmed by Reps, Distributors, and the Epson Factory. With some exceptions, they can be drop in replacements for fixed frequency oscillators.
Crystal sample kits
Murata offers various crystal sample kits, e.g., for their XRCGB series of SMD crystals.
Murata’s original package technology has realized these compact high-quality (low ESR and impact-resistant) crystal units. Load capacitance is dependent upon user design; 6pF, 8pF or other values.
They are ideal for consumer applications such as wireless communications (Wi-Fi/BLE/NFC/Zigbee), wired communications (Ethernet/USB), microcomputers, HDDs/SSDs, PCs, game devices, healthcare equipment, wireless module, lighting fixtures, HEMS/BEMS, and others.
